Stealth RNAi™ siRNA is the next generation synthetic RNA from Invitrogen. The Stealth RNAi™ siRNA molecules are 25 base-pair double-stranded RNA oligonucleotides with proprietary chemical modifications.

The BLOCK-iT™ RNAi Designer helps you find gene-specific targets and design 25 nucleotide Stealth RNAi™ siRNA molecules. When you input an accession number or a nucleotide sequence, the designer:

·         Checks input sequence for SNPs (if input is a RefSeq accession number)

·         BLAST input sequence against databases and selects a number of unique regions

·         Uses proprietary design rules* to find 25 nucleotide gene-specific targets for RNAi analysis and reports up to 10 top scoring Stealth RNAi™ siRNA targets
